Endast bottenskrapet återstår

Det känns som om det enda som återstår av mig är bottenskrapet. Nedstämdheten är betungande och ångesten är hög.
Troligtvis kommer jag att gå till akuten innan jag gör något destruktivt. Kanske kan jag få hjälp där, jag hoppas på det iaf.
